You can also enjoy the historic park in wintertime, when the campus is transformed into a winter wonderland with giant lights and a toy train ride. The festivities last from 5 pm to 9 pm daily. The Deeds Carillon is one of the most popular attractions at the Carillon Historical Park. This tower was built by Colonel Edward Deeds, a prominent Dayton industrialist and innovator. Today, the ringing bells commemorate the Deeds family, dating from the late 1800s.
